Interactive presentation to highlight the business park’s impressive amenities, available commercial space and thriving community.

SOLUTION

Set in 75 acres of mature green parkland, Croxley Park is a thriving business community that’s home to multi-national companies, small start-ups and over 2,400 employees.

To present its multiple benefits to future tenants, Lucid worked closely with Heather Smith Commercial and Blast to create an Interactive Commercial App that included the following features:

• Interactive area map demonstrated the Business Park’s connectivity and proximity to surrounding amenities and green space.

• Interactive 3D Model of the entire Park allowed users to view all on-site benefits and select individual commercial buildings.

• When selected each building would show vertically stacked 2D floorplates and high-light available units. Hotspots within the floorplans connected to representative photos and CGIs.

• An interactive Community section provided info on upcoming on-site events and past community activities.

• An interactive Gallery and Brand video
